近排見到d飲食channel介紹太安樓美食時都會提及到「雞蛋腸粉」,今日我係慕名而來的,估唔到名不虛傳!我order咗一份雞蛋腸 ($23)+一串牛丸($7),剛好$30。雞蛋腸即叫即蒸,豉油雖然好油,但配埋雞蛋腸好惹味,個豉油味道有d似蒸魚豉油,雞蛋腸口感好好,滑溜得來唔會溶溶爛爛,有d咬口。其實都食唔出有咩好大嘅雞蛋味,但配埋d蔥花同豉油,令佢嘅味道加晒分。至於牛丸就係普通黑椒牛丸,好稔,可以唔駛order。排隊期間我見唔止一個客係order雞蛋腸+燒賣(本身燒賣$6一串有5粒,如果拼埋雞蛋腸”娥姐”會收齊頭$30俾6粒燒賣),我諗呢個應該係一個幾好嘅配搭。本身唔食粉菓嘅我,之前係完全ignore呢間小店的,但如果下次有朋友問太安樓有咩好野食,我又多一間可以推介啦!#支持小店
