To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 銅鑼灣皇室堡的甘味讚岐手打烏冬,環境ok,食物1般,同朋友去食飯,環境有落地大窗對正維園....正餐廳不是太多人,我點了海蘚烏冬,1眼望落,感覺非常豐富,懷著興奮心情食野!蝦天富羅,係勁林,食落味係好淡,機本上可以講係無味!溫泉蛋,𤉋過火,而家變左𤉋熟蛋!碗烏冬,湯味淡,而烏冬都係好麻LO!1夾即溶開,我真係唔知佢放左幾耐,先拎出黎!飽碗麵只係和暖!希望可以改善下午
