Weekday拎咗假去覆診，諗住求其搵間野食個晏，食完先知原來係間有名氣既蝦湯拉麵店，好好彩當日完全唔洗等位就入得去。《招牌蝦湯拉麵》拉麵主打蝦湯，由北海道甜蝦頭熬成湯底，湯底濃郁惹味，配叉燒同蛋，面頭仲有一堆櫻花蝦，同其他拉麵店一樣濃度同麵質都有得自己選擇，第一次試蝦湯拉麵好有驚喜，感覺冇豬骨湯咁油膩，有淡淡的蝦鹹香味，而且佢做緊套餐跟餃子🥟波子汽水都係一舊水多少少，encore!!再講店舖環境寬敞，而且有向海落地玻璃，疫情下一個人望住海嘆碗麵都好寫意。

拉麵主打蝦湯，由北海道甜蝦頭熬成湯底，湯底濃郁惹味，配叉燒同蛋，面頭仲有一堆櫻花蝦，同其他拉麵店一樣濃度同麵質都有得自己選擇，第一次試蝦湯拉麵好有驚喜，感覺冇豬骨湯咁油膩，有淡淡的蝦鹹香味，而且佢做緊套餐跟餃子🥟波子汽水都係一舊水多少少，encore!!

再講店舖環境寬敞，而且有向海落地玻璃，疫情下一個人望住海嘆碗麵都好寫意。
