To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 見呢排Fb話係中菜廳重開後成為網紅店,要排隊先食到,即管嚟試吓。六月下旬星期六預先訂位六點半。環境乾淨企理,典型大學酒樓格局,職員招呼正常有禮。一到步已被告知冬瓜盅售罄,另有其他幾樣小菜也缺貨。最後叫咗麻辣雞煲一隻、清炒莧菜、例湯一盅(蓮藕章魚湯)、砵酒焗台山桶蠔。雞煲份量偏細且超咸,莧菜份量正常似屋企炒毫無鑊氣,例湯似高級燒味飯附送的例水⋯個桶蠔先經典,蠔本身係新鮮的,但個汁真係唔知發生咩事,一pat pat都算,賣相唔講以為紅酒加糖加生粉。最重要係唔入味,嘥晒啲蠔。一行三人,七分飽,全枱叫了一碗白飯,冇叫任何酒水,埋單$700。總結可一不可再,無一倖免。
