To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

與好友打算食餐好，於是相約到這裏米之蓮去享受一晚，我一直對牛的要求很高，亦心想米之蓮食府的牛也應該不會差吧。一進來，就有人熱情地接待，已經知道你的名字並帶你到你的位置，兩個人比安排坐在卡位，卡位很闊落，坐得很舒適，服務亦都非常周到，所有食物都會講解一番，亦會作出推介。不過在我來說，附上昂貴的價錢，除了是要有優質的服務外，食物的質素亦不能妥協，我這個火鍋狂，老實說，對於這類的食物真的覺得沒有什麼特別，班門弄斧一番，但牛的質素遠比其他火鍋店為差，除了牛味欠奉，口感亦欠缺，結果我們剩下一大碟的牛肉，太浪費。如果想坐得舒適的火鍋店，這無疑是一個選擇。但如果想食好的東西，真的不推薦。
