To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日去試九龍城馥苑海鮮酒家,酒樓職員推介馥苑照牌燒鵝,聲稱即燒呢!半隻要hk$160半隻!等大約半個小時,燒鵝到!吓!隻燒鵝皮皺晒皮架,乜新鮮燒係咁架!問左個部長,佢話新鮮斬,所以d皮會皺架!個部長真係以為我第一次食燒鵝,無幾耐另一個經理走過黎,佢話個皮係燒得差左d,跟住入左厨房跟進,但直至我地食完離開都無同我地交待過!今時今日,仲有呢d食物同服務態度!送佢十個差字!
