今日由大埔踩單車去科學園,到達科學園都已經5點,係科學園食完晚飯再回程返大埔。好耐冇食中菜啦!我地左位於海旁的「八方棧」食晚飯。餐廳環境寬敞,設有室外和室內,室外環境可以一邊吹住海風,一邊嘆晚餐,好Chill 。風味黑毛豬叉燒($198)叉燒用上黑毛豬,叉燒半肥瘦,肥瘦適中,肥叉位不會太膩,肉質不會過乾,最鐘意以到叉燒上的醬汁用上蜜汁。濃湯海味雜菜煲好大煲,入面有好多雜菜、粉絲、蝦乾、冬菇等等,雜菜煮到好腍,索晒濃湯湯汁。五代同堂炒飯鑊氣十足,飯粒炒得乾身,有粒粒分明的效果用上蝦仁、蝦米、蝦籽、蝦乾、櫻花蝦炒出甘香的蝦味,每啖都食到蝦的鮮味。
