To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

見網上的廣告宣傳和400幾個讚賞食評，趁結婚周年紀念，就試下推廣的火鍋放題啦！適逢星期日又七一假期，想不到全晚只得5枱散客，而吃火鍋則卻只有我兩公婆1枱！真係靜到拍烏蠅啦！可能因食客少，侍應招呼一流的。酸菜魚鍋份量大，味道不錯！兩位送一隻乳鴿，品質都可以。其次是大蜆，大隻和新鮮。但牛肉和其他配料就麻麻地了，醬料區更加嚇人，睇相就知幾流料。都吾知係咪中伏？相比“牛乜牛物”的火鍋專門店，真係輸了整條街啊！還說推廣？難怪其他食客都選擇食小菜啦！整體上，如果想靜靜地包場又平平地食酸菜魚鍋，都可以考慮的。會否翻焯再幫襯？多謝晒囉！
