This is my first time to write review and because I get really BAD experience today at 越北(紅磡店)..the service is suck over there, especially the store manager...she is extremely rude when I want to complain and reflect my comment on the phone after I leave the store. ( Please give her a training and teach her what is politeness !)She cheated me to order lunch set instead of tea time at 2:03pm. What a bad company! She cheated me to order lunch set instead of tea time at 2:03pm. What a bad company! The staff did not even change the tea time menu on my table. (Tea set is available starting from 2:05pm)

俾你呃十幾蚊又如何？個客永遠唔會return purchase！Never go this suck restaurant again...Never!
