Restaurant: 容記小菜王

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 6月11日生日朋友幫我訂左呢間餐廳(垃圾)1)一坐低2碟餐前小食(花生)#花生🥜居然可以係淋到冇咬口…咬廁紙咁叫職員換過!跟住換咗兩碟蕎頭…算正常返2)人未齊叫咗兩碟小食…一個青瓜海蜇…一個脆皮燒肉!完全係價錢…對唔住食物。燒肉完全唔脆,青瓜海蜇…青瓜有啲臭…海蜇試完…完全唔想再食…難食嘅海蜇!3)人齊開始叫餸!前後叫咗10個餸連埋2盎湯…首先啲湯可以居然係完全唔熱…吹都唔使吹,直接可以擺入口!跟住已經叫職員換過…黎之前仲係電話問我地…使唔使留兩盅湯!留10盅都冇人飲…冇誠意之作。4)叫咗半隻燒鵝!我極度懷疑廚房拎左琴晚賣淨既燒鵝叮翻熱!完全淋…皮唔脆..肉味清淡!完全係垃圾燒鵝。5)咕嚕肉又係唔脆…完全唔識整…淋阿媽都唔認得6)嗌咗個椒絲腐乳通菜!都可以鹹到不得了…真係食得屎7)芝士焗龍蝦+小炒王 算係勉強合格…放得落口!8)服務態度完全扮出嚟…完全好似唔多想做咁..催命符個個趕收工9)埋單3700…食鯉魚門都冇咁嬲10)公道說話以前食過一次!係合格…但過咗今次…已被列入世界健力士(十大難食餐廳)

叫職員換過!跟住換咗兩碟蕎頭…算正常返

2)人未齊叫咗兩碟小食…一個青瓜海蜇…一個脆皮燒肉!完全係價錢…對唔住食物。燒肉完全唔脆,青瓜海蜇…青瓜有啲臭…海蜇試完…完全唔想再食…難食嘅海蜇!

3)人齊開始叫餸!前後叫咗10個餸連埋2盎湯…首先啲湯可以居然係完全唔熱…吹都唔使吹,直接可以擺入口!跟住已經叫職員換過…黎之前仲係電話問我地…使唔使留兩盅湯!留10盅都冇人飲…冇誠意之作。

4)叫咗半隻燒鵝!我極度懷疑廚房拎左琴晚賣淨既燒鵝叮翻熱!完全淋…皮唔脆..肉味清淡!完全係垃圾燒鵝。
