To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 午飯時間要排隊等候,大概15-20分鐘食物方面有拉麵,佔麵和小食等選擇。而且可以根據個人喜好選擇所需配料,梅頭瘦叉燒、火灸肥叉燒和角切叉燒粒。魚介熊拉麵,湯底有好重嘅魚味,吃下時覺得味道不錯。料倒是很足,配上角切叉燒粒,瘦肉較多,而且切開一舊舊的分量入口剛剛好。拉麵軟硬也適中。招牌熊拉麵,湯底沒有魚湯濃,是豬骨湯底,食落也很香。配上梅頭瘦叉燒,外層帶少粉肥再加瘦肉,肥瘦均勻,肉質鬆軟。可是吃完拉麵🍜後,後遺症出來了,隨即感到勁之口渴,之後仲口渴了一整整天,十分辛苦。肯定是用了味噌芝士魚餅,魚肉內有芝士,十分普通,居然要$32不值得

魚介熊拉麵,湯底有好重嘅魚味,吃下時覺得味道不錯。
料倒是很足,配上角切叉燒粒,瘦肉較多,而且切開一舊舊的分量入口剛剛好。
