To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我家中兩老都比較鐘意食中菜,咁啱見到翡翠拉麵小籠包而家有個#滋味牛肝菌四人套餐,而我又好鐘意去食小籠包,所以就帶左兩老到旺角MOKO廣場內{翡翠拉麵小籠包}食飯啦。。。。。。前菜:自選三式拼盤我就揀左鎮江餚肉、四喜烤麩及醉豬手,四喜烤麩係我最愛的前菜,所以如果餐廳有呢味餸我必定會叫的,翡翠拉麵小籠包做得非常好食,味道好入味,其他都做得好美味。四川口水雞味道有別平常食到的口水雞,食到有落鎮江醋味道,好特別。點心:牛肝菌小籠包佢做得皮薄餡靚,一咬落口湯汁爆係口中,食落每啖都有好香肝菌味道。小菜:清炒河蝦仁蝦仁爽口及好清甜,簡單調味更能帶出蝦仁鮮甜味。牛肝菌炒雞柳牛肝菌味道好香及味道好可口。宮保雞丁味道香辣野味,配飯一流湯:酸辣湯及宋嫂魚羹咁我地就兩款湯品都有點,我自己就好鐘意宋嫂魚羹味道,味道清甜。甜品:豆沙鍋餅豆沙甜度做得啱啱好,唔會太甜,而餅皮同豆沙比例恰到好處。
