To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

去到這家店嘅時候，好期待會有啲乜好嘢搞到我咋舌🤤。甜蝦蟹膏實在係正點，蟹膏鮮香得黎滿足感一流，吃落去真係幾得意！蝦仔鮮甜，咬落去彈牙有勁，仲有種微微海味，真係好開心😊！個炸蝦卷外脆內軟，醬汁伴得啱啱好，係嗰種你食完一件又一件嘅「中毒」款！講到個炙燒黑椒三文魚，呢個真係正！啖啖肉，賣相金黃華麗，個黑椒香辣又唔會太過火，燒香的味道配上鮮嫩的三文魚，真係邊食邊點頭。換轉食埋個芥辣八爪魚，勁過癮👌。有辣有鹹有海味，啖啖芥辣刺激味蕾又唔會哏！最後，點可以唔提下軟殼蟹手卷啊？脆口嘅軟殼蟹加上沙律醬同蟹子，係真係食落去就停唔到口啦，層次感豐富，真係大讚😍。成個食飯體驗有啲新鮮又唔會太過花巧，最正係就算食完成腹都唔會覺得好滯，幾適合我哋咁嘅小市民嚟個開開心心嘅周末小聚。下次有機會，一定會再黎捧場嘅！
