To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這間集團式的酒樓地點不是在大街大道,而是在屋村商場的二樓,所以不容易讓村外的人知道。酒樓面積頗大,而且有幾間房,大枱也不少,每逢假日和午市晚市都坐滿食客。酒樓採用自動加水煲水方式,但我還是喜歡傳統的方式,我和朋友叫了幾款點心,如菜肉包,鳳爪排骨,金錢肚,鹹水角,义燒酥和堆仔等,味道不錯,較特別的是大良鮮奶卷,牛奶味濃,有少少新意,蠔皇鮑魚燒賣的賣點是鮑魚,燒賣味道則普通,漁村蒸陳村粉即是海鮮蒸陳村粉,味道可以。總的來說,集團式經營是人有我有,但沒有一樣使你留下深刻印象。
