To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同男朋友入開佐敦,食完法國三文治就行過對面呢間餐廳我哋諗住繼續食越南菜諗都唔使諗,決定食生牛肉河粉 因為我一直想試呢個特色越南菜好耐㗎啦平時見人食得多,所以都有點興奮有點期待好想試下係點嘅色香味俱全呀,聞落去香噴噴啱啱整出嚟,碗河粉非常之熱辣辣攤咗好耐先食到,上面鋪滿咗好多蔥花超正,啲生牛肉仲未轉色 個色調好靚呀,慢慢望住佢畀啲湯淥熟啲牛肉好薄好腍,基本上唔使點咬都食到 個湯底好香,雖然味道唔算濃~但都令我忍唔住係咁飲啲粉嘅份量非常之多,我一個人嚟講係食唔曬嘅,食落好彈牙好爽仲好滑添食一啖粉撈一匙羹湯,筆住邊食邊送黎飲再食一片牛肉,好夾呀成件事再配埋個熱檸茶,真開心男朋友嘅檬粉都好好味倒咗支醬汁之後撈落去食,酸酸甜甜超級開胃食完令人食指大動, 真係完全開胃曬呢片香茅豬扒又超大塊,勁好食咬落去一啲都唔韌,肉厚又多汁

個湯底好香,雖然味道唔算濃~
但都令我忍唔住係咁飲

啲粉嘅份量非常之多,我一個人嚟講
係食唔曬嘅,食落好彈牙好爽仲好滑添


食一啖粉撈一匙羹湯,筆住邊食邊送黎飲
再食一片牛肉,好夾呀成件事
