Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日因為工作關係路經北角渣華道,當時是早上11時半,突然想食久違了的南記米線,但是除咗用腐皮包住調左味嘅鯪魚肉再炸脆嘅魚肉春卷之外完全忘記了什麼好食,自己一個人堂食之後買咗一個外賣打的攞返屋企俾爸爸做午餐。我的堂食午餐包括:我話要小窩米線,車仔餸要魚腐、一向馳名的魚肉春卷及我係譚仔雲南米線最鍾意食嘅竹笙。店員問我使唔使要麻辣,我話要,點知張單打出嚟係叫做:「雙拼小窩,米線、春卷、魚腐,加竹笙,轉麻辣湯底,合共$47」我覺得魚腐好好食,俾譚仔雲南米線的還要好,好大粒,好漲!竹笙處理得唔好有浸味,而且冇擺落麻辣湯底燙,淡茂茂!魚肉春卷水準沒有改變(即是都很好)。呢度嘅麻辣湯底有啲花椒辣椒油浮面,所以我只敢飲少少,以免致肥。我爸爸的外賣米線點了:蕃茄湯米線,車仔餸點了魚腐、牛筋、菜肉鮫,點知張單打出來是這樣寫的「雙拼蕃茄濃湯,改缐,魚腐、牛筋,加菜肉餃,合共$52」爸爸話牛筋好味、魚腐都好味、菜肉餃唔得。呢個品牌嘅米線店沒有侍應服務,好似快餐店咁喺收銀處order左食物俾咗錢,再等出餐處的螢幕出現一個手持飛仔的號碼才去攞食物,所以如果啱啱shopping完或者買咗餸,喺呢度食就會好狼狽,同埋

呢間分店長期有二至四個food panda食物速遞員送外賣。
