To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

經朋友介紹話說，現在有七折的優惠，所以今天就跟朋友去飲茶， 可能是平日的關係，不是很多人， 所以跟其他的酒樓不一樣，比較寧靜，不是很嘈吵， 很適合不喜歡太嘈吵 的人聚會和傾計。我們叫了流沙包，山竹牛肉，鳳爪等等......我最喜歡的是流沙包，他的造型很吸引，而且流沙很多 。山竹牛肉很彈牙，而且好有牛肉味。鳳爪就普通了一些， 不是很入味，不提議選點選鳳爪。不過吃了五樣點心，七折後的價錢是244元，我覺得比較偏貴。
