To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好耐無食牛腩粉，突然勾起食癮，即刻諗起之前油麻地站一出個間粉麵店，出名食牛腩及魚旦。崩沙牛腩河粉：河粉很滑，即使浸著腩湯食到最後都唔會腍到夾唔起，牛腩真係無得頂，半肥瘦既腩肉炆至嫩腍，入口鬆化，牛肉味濃郁。淨魚三寶：有魚旦、片頭及魚皮餃，魚旦及片頭有魚香之餘又彈牙。另外再加了個炸魚皮，入口香脆又鬆化，而且唔會落太多調味，浸湯食一流。最後還外賣了一個水餃炸醬粗比OT中既老婆，老婆話水餃餡好足料，雲耳同筍爽脆，而且蝦仁新鮮。
