To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日老爸話好耐冇食打冷，想試試。我們一行2人於是去試試，7點到達不用等位，去到環境一般，地下好油好滑，怕老爸行路不便，於是揀左近門位置坐抵算數。 叫左個蠔餅，炒菜同鹵水鵝。 講真個蠔餅都不錯，夠脆同香口，抵讚。 鹵水鵝都可以，浸得算入味，但份量略少同清炒就不過不失，正正常。 如果只是為左食蠔餅未必會再來，因為地下周圍大肥膩和滑，不方便長者。
