To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去完360，6點幾黎到都要等3張枱，估你唔到。想叫海南雞，無，牛肉生菜包，無，有啲失望。最後叫左椰青海鮮焗飯，小食拼盤，炭燒豬扒同2個椰青。椰青海鮮焗飯係好味既，有蝦，有青口，好juicy.炭燒豬扒好香香矛味，正，份量就還可以既小食拼盤無黎到，有無攪錯，因為個員工落漏單無黎到，要我等多4個字，點樣呀。椰青都幾大個，好甜，但就無乜肉。除左乜無乜之外，仲要漏單，叫左2杯水又唔黎，雖然係味道唔錯，但又點姐，唔會再黎架啦。
