To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

二月了, 我又長大了一歲, 謝謝熊爸為我選擇了到這酒店餐廳來賀生辰。進餐日依然是新春佳節, 真有氣氛~  餐廳環境寬敞, 檯與檯之間是有一定的距離, 私隱度算高。從自助餐碟櫃裏看見有一幢可愛的小猴子餐碟, 突出來的耳朵是手把, 應該是供給孩童選用, 不過我也取了一隻是用來盛水果。星期一至四晚市自助餐, 成人價錢是每位接近$500, 驟眼來看食物種類是很多元化, 首先我最關注的當然是海鮮類...來自紐西蘭的生蠔, 廚師小心翼翼地把生蠔逐隻逐隻排在凍櫃的瓷碟上, 一個凍櫃擺放了八隻瓷碟, 而瓷碟上的生蠔均是大小不一, 別以為細隻生蠔無肉食, 因為它的背後其實是呈窩形, 重甸甸的蠔囊下墜。  入口清新醇美, 肉質爽身, 海水味鹹淡適中並引出較鮮的蠔味, 餘韻甘甜。凍海鮮有6款, 包括有凍海蝦(肉爽味甜)、靑口(肉質不韌)、小龍蝦(鹹味比較重)、翡翠螺、長蟹腳、花甲(帶鮮味), 廚師添補得快, 所以沒有試過吃不到。刺身是擺放在生蠔櫃旁, 由廚師親自款待, 當晚有三文魚、吞拿魚、立魚、墨魚供應, 當中的三文魚刺身脂肪豐富, 味道鮮美;吞拿魚刺身的肉質實淨, 魚鮮味濃郁。吃過海鮮後便正式向頭盤出發

犀飛利~  自助餐也能吃到米芝蓮星級推介 --- 明閣的叉燒, 廚師切給我的這一份叉燒, 蜜味不夠多, 肉質明顯是較為瘦, 但越嚼越有肉香;五香燒腩肉, 可以見到細緻的五層肉, 鹹味適中亦能突顯肉香。
