其實自己都好少黎上環呢區搵野食,不過個日咁啱又要去,難得去到咁遠就唔差在係個到搵埋食啦!個排成日食日本野,突然好想食西餐,結果就上網搵到呢間,原來手製意粉味道真係唔同啲架,我同朋友各自叫左一個意粉,一個係黑松露Tagliolini(truffle),而另一個係牛肉既Pappardelle(beef),唔講笑! 真係好好味!自家製意粉,唔知佢地用咗啲咩麵粉,令到好重意粉味which令人真係感受到好韌既麵條味,黑松露意粉真係重黑松露味,但對比起牛個個味道就較淡,牛肉個個就偏咸,但配埋一個重意粉味既闊條麵,味道就剛剛好,真係好好味啊!!
