To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這一間味道算ok既,前前後後來左幾次。但係今日哩件事之後我唔會再來幫襯。哩間鋪頭既員工真係死腦筋,唔識轉。今日我地來食午餐堂食,五個人唔可以做一張大桌四人位,老闆話甘樣坐危險,我唔明有咩危險,三個人坐一排,兩個人坐一排就得啦。根據我地就分開坐,兩個人坐係另一張台,甘我坐係果個走道就唔危險嗎?路過員工端的湯汁撒到我身上點訓?最後我換位置到吧檯,係五個人坐既size,但係員工又來話讓我往另一邊坐。我明明係跟住個number坐既,點解又要我挪。
