Restaurant: 生記滷味

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

下午教完水，見好餓，在附近轉轉看下有咩正野吃，行到蕪湖街有間滷水店，條人龍長到嚇一驚，幸好我得一個人，一入就有得坐，見招牌係滷水鵝，就整碟滷鵝餓，都係28元，仲送老火湯（涼瓜煲好多種肉湯），滷水唔咸，嗒耐些會感受到多種味，我嗒到甜甜地同有藥材味，肉唔太肥，無需再點配料已好好味，送酸菜小許。來既人都係賣外賣多，坐既人就少些，有冷氣嘆，老火湯無味精，落料充足
