To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚一路食一路有人Walk In一路都食閉門羹我心裡暗暗覺得好彩預先Book了位。點了5樣野5樣都好食，咁好食唔怪得想食一定要訂位啦。最好食要算是咕嚕肉，基本上睇Openrice同埋現場差不多枱枱都叫就知道係好東西。侍應話係用新鮮豬肉整嘅，而且做到淋埋汁都外軟脆內軟，仲有就係D菠蘿都係新鮮菠蘿而唔係罐頭菠蘿，果然出色。籠仔甜梅菜蒸菜芯又係好好食，甜梅菜同菜芯嘅味道非常夾，清新得黎味道亦有層次感，值得推薦。川椒豬手係冷盤，少少辣好開胃，豬手的肉質亦唔錯。鐵板雞什好惹味，上枱啫啫聲兼香氣撲鼻，雞什固然好食，但係佢連D配菜都好正真係問你死未﹗金薯安格斯牛柳粒係侍應姐姐介紹嘅，我想講D金薯(其實即係炸過嘅薯仔粒)好好食，好食過D安格斯牛柳粒。

籠仔甜梅菜蒸菜芯又係好好食，甜梅菜同菜芯嘅味道非常夾，清新得黎味道亦有層次感，值得推薦。
