早幾年同舊同學黎食過,即刻豎起因為我從來都未食過咁惹味既 避!風!塘!避風塘炒乜都好啦,總之就正!明知肥都要食!!!今日同朋友黎慶功,原來朋友黎親都打邊爐,而我黎親都係小菜(避風塘避等塘避風塘!)最後,今次變左雞煲加避風塘!首先叫左個醉雞煲,等佢慢慢滾。呢度係半份雞,我地十個人叫一隻所以有兩碟。都叫大份丫!水滾就放兩碟雞落去,一打開蓋就好濃既當歸味。無幾耐響鈴上檯,老闆係咁叫我地就咁點泰式辣醬食。即叫即整超辣咀,佢唔係脆,係鬆化!包你地未食過呢個texture既響鈴。炸魚皮,食到停唔到口,完全冇油溢味,又唔油林林,就咁食微咸都好好食!落煲過一過熱河食都好正!!!肥牛,厚到合適,唔韌。我地另外有叫羊片(冇影到相),都幾好食!另仲仲嗌左水餃、魚皮餃、粉絲同粟米!重口戲!避風塘雞軟骨~佢個避風塘仍然保持到水準!!!
