To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天專程來到九龍城和朋友飲早茶我們去了九龍城廣場馥苑酒樓，這間酒樓早市十分多人要等位，但我的朋友是老顧客已經留了枱給他燒雞翼是即叫即燒，送到你熱辣辣，一口咬落去皮脆肉滑很好味這個薄餅很有水準，他的材料很多有蔥有蛋蝦肉，表面他煎到乾脆，入口軟糯很好吃豉汁魚雲十分新鮮，一食落口已經知道這個小籠包中間並沒有肉汁，他和出邊的不同，一口咬落去只有肉，但是還可以原隻鮮蝦腸粉，腸粉的皮很薄，蝦肉爽囗芥末鵝掌是凍食的他已經去了骨，一食落口芥末的刺鼻感覺加上鵝掌的爽脆口感它的味道調配得很好非常好食素齋菜也不錯，外邊的腐皮炸得很脆，中間是齋菜清甜爽口鹹水角是剛剛炸好的，所以他的皮很脆，而裏面啲肉碎OK好味
