To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今午自己一人經過太古城溫野菜,見沒多人便進去一試,叫了C套餐加10元點其和牛湯底再加130元轉其3款肉類其中一款至其最高檔的長崎和牛,再加45元點了一大啤, 折後總共承惠HKD280.價錢合理,地方, 食品, 服務也OK.但説真, 我一直覺得A5級日本或澳洲和牛雖肉質嫩滑,但texture及肉味不及一些優質的本地手切肥牛, 但當然也要看是什麼的肥牛, 而那些肥牛價錢也絕不會是便宜的!而我亦覺得一般的A4日本和牛性價比是比其A5的高得多!
