星期日和老公到銅鑼灣申子居酒屋吃晚餐。申子海膽和牛燒這個是我全晚最期待的菜式。首先侍應會用火槍燒牛肉,再把蛋黃撈勻飯放在牛肉中間,然後捲起來,捲起來的每一面都會用火槍燒一燒,最後再加上海膽和魚子醬,切成一半分給你們。牛肉十分軟嫩,油脂豐富,有入口即溶的口感,加上和材料捲起來一起吃,令口感層次豐富了,非常美味。鹿兒島A4和牛茶漬飯用上A4和牛做茶漬飯,非常高級,有一個壺裝着湯底,自己倒在飯中,生生地的牛肉便會淋熟了一些,肉質非常嫩滑。豚肉金菇卷燒得剛剛好,味道非常惹味,豚肉片和金菇很搭配。
