To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

看完一飲食kol推介，立即book位到石田屋慶生。到這店光顧的主要目的當然是食和牛。當天點了以下食物:■ 和牛三文治麵包夠脆，和牛夠嫩。好味道，一點也不油膩 😋😋■ 夏多布里昂和牛肉味濃郁，嫰中之嫰，不是經常吃到的牛部位，稀有而美味，配食店鮮磨的wasabi吃簡直一絕。■ 神户牛西冷招牌和牛，無得輸。有嚼勁，充滿肉味。最後以豆腐雪糕作結(本來只點了一杯，因生日關係，店主便送多一杯給我們)可說是為美味的和牛之旅劃上完美句號！
