在尖沙咀厚福街這樓上和風居酒屋感受了一餐以豬隻各部位烹製的日式串燒👏 蒜子蕃茄，作餐前小食好醒胃😋刺身盛合(五款)，少不了的東洋菜式，有北海道海膽，三文魚，帆立貝，赤蝦，油甘魚，用料新鮮，質量到位😋燒生蠔，嫩滑肥美，入口重蠔水味😋燒茄子，乾身軟绵，豬肉宴前清清口味😋林檎紅薑豬肉捲，爽脆肉片捲著薑片及蘋果，口味感豐富😋豬頸肉，好嫩滑又不乏咬口😋豬小腸串，入口有香酥感，未至油膩😋豬大腸串，油脂充足又有嚼勁😋豬聲帶，從未食過，韌度足入口有咬感，佐酒好材料😋豬喉結，又一味新嘗試，爽脆非常，似食軟骨😋燒菠蘿，甘甜味道作結😋👏👏
