朋友之前食過話好好食,所以就帶咗我黎,見到黑板寫滿咗廚師推介,就叫啲黎試下❣️*刺身沙律沙律入面有牛油果、三文魚、劍魚腩、脆脆同埋蕃茄,用胡麻醬拌,刺身有好多而且好新鮮!牛油果同脆脆令到口感多層次咗好多~😻*蜜柑雕刺身第一次聽蜜柑雕,原來條魚係食蜜柑大,所以有蜜柑香氣,刺身新鮮,魚肉肉質軟嫩微彈,醬汁更加激發魚肉嘅鮮香,切得厚薄適中🤤*松葉蟹海膽青瓜卷呢個卷物用蛋,三文魚,蟹柳,牛油果代替咗飯,而上面有蟹籽、三文魚籽同海膽,海膽好鮮甜,蛋微甜,三文魚軟嫩,各種食材係口腔融合,好match😋*串燒串燒有魚棒、雞心、同雞翼,都係用燒汁燒的~呢款雞翼特別大隻同好多肉汁,外皮好脆,激發咗雞油嘅香氣👍🏻魚板外層焦脆,好彈牙,切咗網格狀,更加吸燒汁😍雞心口感有彈性,有少少似雞腎🤣*九鬼海龍卷上面係原條鰻魚,入面包住三文魚同埋菜,食落有姜蔥味,而且爽脆嘅菜包住滑嫩嘅三文魚真係好多層次🫶🏻🫶🏻同埋平時放工都好適合黎呢到,因為有$298嘅free flow,可以兩小時任飲廚師推介嘅酒,可以chill下🙈
