To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

試過呢間店嘅出品就明白爆場名店真係千祈唔好諗住可以wall in。必試咕嚕肉一啖咬落去少少脆口少少軟身，加埋唔會一味得個酸字嘅汁，真係名不虛傳。豬肉係新鮮豬肉，另外佢用嘅波蘿係新鮮波蘿，$158仲要免加一真係物有所值。豉油皇鵝腸又係用新鮮鵝腸，同雪藏嘅真係好大分別，一食就知道。仲有佢嘅蔥絲同芽菜仔吸晒啲鵝油所以特別好味。小炒皇夠乾身，最欣賞佢嘅炸芋頭絲，卜卜脆好正。呢個小炒皇一啲都無求其炒油淋淋嘅感覺，真係唔錯。什菌豆腐煲啲豆腐好滑，個芡汁味道啱啱好唔會太鹹唔會太杰，成個餸好清新。呢度嘅啤酒選擇除咗藍妹青島嗰啲之外，呢隻德國啤酒好好飲，真係要試吓。
