To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友強烈推介我一定要黎呢間舖頭試吓佢個咕嚕肉，今晚終於黎咗，個咕嚕肉真係無介紹錯，我見基本上差不多枱枱都有叫，堅掂。佢個咕嚕人見人愛嘅地方就係真係做到外面就算落咗汁仍然可以有脆皮感覺，而入面嘅肉又可以保持嫩滑兼帶少少肉汁，師傅功架出晒黎。佢個小炒皇都好正，炒得夠乾身，一上枱已經聞到D韭菜的香味，仲有就係佢D芋頭絲炸到好脆口，而D腰果亦都炒到香晒，好夠鑊氣。我見廚師推介塊板仲有一味白胡椒魚標好似幾正，叫咗，好食好惹味，佢用鐵板上熱辣辣，仲有佢好聰明咁用了白胡椒闢咗D魚鯹味，另外個魚標煎到少少脆面口感唔錯。佢個琥珀合桃都唔錯，餸酒啱晒，老闆娘話係師傅自己整唔係直接交貨黎唔怪得之咁好味啦。
