Restaurant: 生記滷味

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

「小小牛孖丸」真的有點小,有點不夠喉,一於再繼續覓食之旅。轉一個灣來到「生記滷味」,二話不說進去,全場都是馬蘭佬,包括自己也是其中一員。滷水鵝早已嚐過,反而未試過滷水鴨,就來一碟雙拼「鴨拼大腸飯」($23.00)。阿姐先送來例水一大碗,是用節瓜煲的例水,呷一啖,清淡得宜,但要留肚,不敢喝太多。在大大碗的湯後,大大碟的飯亦送上。除了兩位主角及白飯外,還有滷水豆腐片及酸菜伴著。豆腐皮已被滷入味,內裡仍然保持雪白,故豆味仍在。而酸菜有酸勁,夠爽口,不錯。滷水鴨剛分配到背脊部位,鴨皮滷水色均勻,肉雖厚但夠入味,同時帶鴨肉香,質感軟綿,十分不錯。大腸夠粗身,外表紋路清晰,咬一口,味道過咸,是實實在在的過咸,可惜。在嚐過第一口咸後,原來咸味攻擊陸續有來,上了色的白飯也是咸得要命,難怪其中一位食客點了「走色」,實在是明智之舉。咸上加咸已令我吃不下去,此碟滷咸飯,可能連咸球都會嗌咸。
