平時唔多去到奧海城食晚飯,呢一晚黎到食中菜,整體感覺都令到我地好滿意。食飯之前先有泰式鳳爪作小食,酸辣味道夠晒入味,但又唔會太過份,開胃醒神。食完主菜後,當然要叫返幾味撚手小菜。薑蔥鴕鳥肉,夠晒獲條,上菜時夠晒香噴噴,而鴕鳥肉炒得好嫩口,一啲都唔鞋,啖啖肉送飯就最正!鍋香豆腐蝦球,啫啫沙窩令到整碟小菜保持著溫度,加上彈牙爽口嘅蝦球,同埋嫩滑嘅豆腐,又係令人出色小菜。最後有當歸雲耳蒸鱸魚片,咁多真材實料嘅配料,烹調出黎嘅味道必然係夠晒層次。而鱸魚片夠厚切,鮮味十足,品嚐嘅時候再點點醬汁,簡直係一流享受。

最後有當歸雲耳蒸鱸魚片,咁多真材實料嘅配料,烹調出黎嘅味道必然係夠晒層次。而鱸魚片夠厚切,鮮味十足,品嚐嘅時候再點點醬汁,簡直係一流享受。
