To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 踏進 Tokio Joe嘅大門,仿如置身於日本江戶時代庭院感覺,柔和燈光、深色木質裝潢,寧靜悠然,氛圍感十足!週末嘅WEEKEND BRUNCH係呢度好受歡迎嘅時段,用餐氣氛濃厚。前菜北海道蟹肉鮮甜肥美,搭配海膽,口感層次分明。刺身拼盤擺盤優雅,包含了赤身、吞拿魚腩、北海道帶子等多種海產。其中,我尤其鍾愛吞拿魚腩,肉質厚實又鮮甜,入口油脂爆開,肥美感十足。我哋揀咗主菜A5佐賀和牛薄燒,雖然份量不多,勝在肉質細緻柔嫩,煮得恰到好處。一個價錢包一份雜錦刺身和主菜,另外任食嘅還有沙律、串燒、炸物、壽司卷、甜品等,應有盡有。每一道菜品都十分精緻呢!
