忙完11月 迎接瘋狂12月只有一日假期🫣只能爭取休息的時間吃好的,當然私心選居酒屋~🏮近來手氣不錯 吃到的餐廳都很高分👌🏻點名最喜歡的串燒們💕✅免治雞肉棒自家打果然吃得出分別!! 雞軟骨跟雞肉比例打得細膩,口感完美,加上日本蛋黃,調味到位。✅雞胸紫蘇串採用平原雞,原來是新界本地雞!! 雞味濃,雞胸竟然還肉汁多,紫蘇非常提香。✅雞下腿肉因為平原雞雞油份重,所以雞皮烤後完美焦脆,肉質非常嫩滑。✅大蔥雞串沒有醬燒,而是鹽燒,非常嫩滑。師傅很強調吃食物的原味!讚!!✅白金豚腩肉伊比利亞豬肉油香滿瀉口腔,邊角焦脆,無敵香。✅烤雞皮比豬皮更薄更脆,勁過豬皮,過癮。✅ 麵豉醬燒紐西蘭牛柳肉質嫩滑,牛味本身濃,因麵豉醬更濃。✅天下第一刀西班牙伊比利亞橡果豬第一刀為豬後頸位置,非常珍貴,因為每隻豬該部位只有500g-1kg。肉質偏結實,建議燒起馬上食!!✅雞油渣炒支豆豬油渣食過,但雞油渣真係未試過🤣原來可以咁酥脆,支豆又咸香,惹味~✅燒菠蘿師傅用砂糖刷面再用火槍噴燒是我最喜歡的Creme Brûlée 式烤菠蘿!!烹飪風格純粹,大部分食材基本是全部原材料烤熟,只加鹽調味,非常注重品嚐原味。居酒屋氣氛很好
