To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 坊間認為樂茶軒的素㸃心是全城最美味,我沒有深究它是自家製還是購入,有說是來自寺蓮静苑..反正對於我的首次造訪,印象蠻不錯.跟外國朋友於閒日三時多來到,店內沒有多少個客人,本該清靜,奈何類似店主的人物說話聲音嘹亮,豪氣非常,令到儒雅的環境充滿江湖味..也許長年品茗會延年益壽,使人中氣十足..還是這𥚃有蔘茶供應?朋友不慣常喝茶,怕夜晚睡不著,招呼周到的服務生以英語推薦口味較清淡的茉莉香片,還示範如何泡茶;朋友看得嘖嘖稱奇!原來中國人喝茶工序繁多,既要煲,又要洗,看完又要聞.茉莉沒有人不認識,亦是外國人最廣爲接受的中國花茶,故此她很珍重地呷上第一口茶,滿意得很.而我選的碧螺春一向是最愛,喜歡它幽幽淡淡的香氣,超凡脫俗的感覺.雖然週遭環境並不脫俗,以各式茶具和文墨去賣弄儒雅,但都沒有影響到我對這盞茶的評價.幾款素點心,蘿蔔糕,素鵝,南瓜餅和釀茄子雖談不上精緻,也不失美味.對於品茶我沒有太多研究,但對食物和環境是有要求;下趟可陪同朋友再來,當作旅遊活動,並不失禮.
