To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

柏樹街已經靜悄悄地變成美食聚腳地，涼皮、餃子、芋圓，衣家仲有呢間好味小炒，真心讚。鮮菠蘿拔絲咕嚕肉川味豬手鐵板雞什豉油皇鵝腸羊腩煲點了鮮菠蘿拔絲咕嚕肉、川味豬手、鐵板雞什、豉油皇鵝腸同埋羊腩煲，樣樣都好精彩。先講咕嚕肉，皮係脆嘅，考師傅功夫，出面唔係好多地方食到，菠蘿唔用罐頭用新鮮嘅，D汁少少拔絲feel，堅好食。川味豬手係冷盤，佢個汁好香，少少辣，好食。鐵板雞什要黎餸啤酒真係一流，值得一提嘅係佢有隻德國麥啤好好飲。豉油皇鵝腸用嘅鵝腸唔係一般出面食到嘅橡筋鵝腸，佢D鵝腸好新解好肥美，好味。羊腩煲都好足料，而且D羊腩應該唔係雪藏羊，所以份外好食。真心覺得呢間小炒值得再encore。
