To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天行過見到好多人在門口等位,我一個人不用等位便入去試下。午餐餐牌大路,選擇不多,大致上只是生熟牛,香芧豬,雞絲,雞翼配湯河,或檬,或飯,另有咖哩飯。店員有禮貌,但在短短的午餐過程中,見其他枱不少客人遇上上錯菜或飲品的情況,可能是員工太忙了。我點的是香芧豬排檬和熱蜂蜜柑桔($54包飲品另加一)。香芧豬排檬:豬排件件size不同,有厚有薄,薄的入味好味的,厚身的卻乾淨淨。檬粉汁好味,也不會吃完大口氣。熱蜂蜜柑桔:有一片好薄的青檸。足本好濃的味道。可以溝希少少。青檸厚少少會更好。總括而言:一般至中上,可再去吃,但也不是要非吃不可。

有一片好薄的青檸。足本好濃的味道。可以溝希少少。青檸厚少少會更好。

總括而言:
