To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一直唔知筲箕灣有越式河粉食，行行下見到呢間有下午茶，見到好抵，即管試下。越式豬扒河竟然37蚊，仲包熱飲，真係嚇一跳！黎到見到份量咁多，再嚇一跳！但唔知係咪因為下午茶，啲河粉好碎碎濕濕，基本上係唔使用筷子食，用匙羹當佢係銀針粉咁樣筆黎食就得…難怪見到有老人家食到妹下妹下…豬扒又油左啲…QR Code落單幾方面，仲可以選多蔥等個人口味。跟熱飲唔駛加錢，飲可樂凍飲特飲就加多幾蚊。仲有張檯放左好多醬料任用，不用麻煩侍應。呢間店細細地，不過當好多人入嚟嘅時候，突然俾侍應點中要比對面個位人地搭檯…但我明明唔係最早入黎的客人，點解要搭我呢…既然豬扒咁油，我就唔食晒啦，即刻起身埋單走人…個收銀位置好奇怪，當成間舖頭都係人嘅時候，要逼到最入比錢，然後又要迫返出嚟走人…但係$37一碗麵就唔要求得咁多…
