中國內地嘅椰子雞火鍋一直都出名,今次我去嘅一間舖頭更加係國內龍頭,國內已經超過60間分店。最近知道佢哋嚟咗香港開分店,我第一時間去試吓。佢係旺角大商場入面,裝修行東南亞嘅風格,卡位夠晒多。😗**香辣文昌雞腎**呢一度係餐廳嘅招牌菜,真係一定要試吓。呢道菜就係用新鮮嫩滑嘅雞腎,仲要只用海南文昌雞腎,加埋香濃麻辣嘅海南調味汁,煮到嫩軟入味,仲有一種微妙嘅鮮甜味,絕對係一個好好嘅開胃菜。🤩**原味椰子雞**跟住就到主角椰子雞,同樣係用上最出名嘅海南文昌雞,仲加入咗大量新鮮椰肉同椰汁。用咗4個椰子做成1鍋湯,完全冇加過一滴水,飲落滋潤得嚟又甜又香。😋**原切和牛雪花牛肉**澳洲M5上腦和牛啲牛肉片好彈牙,雪花紋好靚,果然係頂級嘅和牛。食落個口感超級柔滑同入味,牛味濃郁,真係一流。🐮**鮮龍須筍**鮮龍須筍係峨嵋非遺特產,完全係人手採摘,外表翠綠鮮嫩,入口脆甜爽口,第一次食嘅我好難忘。😲**九秒脆毛肚**脆毛肚淨係淥9秒就好啦,呢個時間啱啱好,咬落去滿滿嘅鮮味同彈牙感。🤭**嫩雞毛菜**嫩雞毛菜非常之鮮嫩翠綠,煮熟之後又脆又甜,值得一試。🤤**鮮珍山菌拼盤**山菌拼盤係另一道餐廳嘅必點菜式,有4
