📍南瀛水產 ⭐️唔使飛日本都食到嘅磯燒滋味成日係社交平台睇到朋友post食新鮮海鮮嘅相,搞到我都忍唔住想即刻飛返轉日本。今次去咗尖沙咀嘅「南瀛水產」,終於可以望梅止渴。餐廳裝修行居酒屋風格,有個大大個魚缸同入邊有好多新鮮嘅海產,真係會令到你有一刻以為自己係日本居酒屋度食緊海鮮。食物方面亦都非常多選擇,有日式地道磯燒、刺身、壽司、串燒等等,加埋餐廳嘅多種類嘅啤酒凊酒同埋飲品,簡直絕配。✨ 南瀛極上刺身丼$398 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 呢碗丼有曬我想食的刺身,Q彈爽口的蟹籽,鮮甜嘅三文魚同油甘魚,仲有油脂甘香的吞拿魚,勁鮮甜爽滑牡丹蝦,樣樣都好新鮮,拌埋壽司醋飯食簡直一絕😋✨ 蚧味噌甲羅燒 $68 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻呢個甲羅燒簡直係成餐飯嘅主角!亦都係我一直好想食去日本食嘅一樣美食!店員上菜後會在旁磯燒燒熟佢,好快便聞到陣陣蟹的香氣,一路望住佢燒個肚一路打緊鼓,蟹膏入口即溶,非常鮮甜,加上鵪鶉蛋同蔥花拌勻令到味道十分出色可口。✨ 活貝盛合428 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 見到如果入邊啲海鮮咁新鮮,我哋都忍唔住即刻加單嗌咗個活貝盛合,活貝盛合裡面有蠔、活鮑魚、帆立貝同埋蜆,最重要係店員會幫手逐樣海鮮拎黎燒

見到如果入邊啲海鮮咁新鮮,我哋都忍唔住即刻加單嗌咗個活貝盛合,活貝盛合裡面有蠔、活鮑魚、帆立貝同埋蜆,最重要係店員會幫手逐樣海鮮拎黎燒,由佢地燒既話就可以完全掌握到個時間,確保水產火候燒得啱啱好!我同朋友最鍾意食鮑魚同埋蠔,其實要將鮑魚同埋蠔燒到啱啱好真係好考功夫,店員係燒到剛好,唔會太熟又唔會太生,唔會韌,夠哂爽口彈牙。至於蠔就好彈牙好新鮮,店員教落仲要飲埋裡面既汁,非常鮮甜,完全係極上!🤗
