To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日去皇室堡睇戲,想睇戲前食左飯先,近近地就係「甘味讚岐手打烏冬」,其實如果唔係對烏冬特別喜愛,可能你未必選擇入呢間餐廳,但一睇餐牌,你會發現除左烏冬,仲有好多唔同既菜式。呢排疫情,好耐無食過日本菜,我就點左魚生飯,女友點左豚肉烏冬。魚生飯正常表現,比一般大眾化日本餐廳做得好,魚生算係新鮮,而飯亦都有用醋及珍珠米處理。女友就表示豚肉烏冬除左大碗之後,無咩特別要講既地方。另外有點雞軟骨及雞翼做小食,因為剛才兩款主食味道偏清淡,叫多兩份重味既小食調節下,雞軟骨炸得夠脆及香口,而雞翼亦都好野味,食完都已經好飽,最後兩人消費滿$200又有一份燒鰻魚,可能係太飽既原因,食落覺得份鰻魚太肥,肉唔夠扎實,而且個汁太甜。總括黎講,CP值都係高既,始終係銅鑼灣晚市時段,呢間係皇室堡內既餐廳既價錢可能比起同區既地鋪車仔面仲要平,而且味道唔差,環境亦寬敞。
