Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第一次寫食評 其實我頗喜歡吃自助餐, 因為種類很多,熱盤冷盤甜點, 而我尤其愛吃甜品, 吃自助餐可以一次吃很多種不同的甜品, 大滿足/V\朗豪坊這間的甜品不能稱得上很多, 比它有更多甜品的自助餐餐廳多的是。但是, 除了甜品,這兒的食物我都覺得頗美味: )首先是北京填鴨 我上一次來的時候, 是用薄薄的麵粉皮褢著鴨皮,青瓜及醬汁, 而這次是用類似饅頭的蒸包皮, 好像叫刈包（割包）, 雖然味道依舊好味, 但很容易飽~ 今次還附送鴨腿一隻 鵝肝 細細的一片鵝肝,配上多士XD 油是肯定的吧,但少少的份量不會太滯~ 味道,入口即溶度OK啦~ 可能我吃過另一間更好味道而且又大又厚的鵝肝吧XP 但價錢當然比較貴~長腳蟹, 三文魚, 甜蝦 正常的味道XD 溶芝士配薯,芝士波這個真的超級好吃>V< 廚師會即場將巨型芝士(真的很大, 大概直徑30cm 然後很厚很厚的半圓型芝士那種)烘熱烘溶, 然後將溶芝士刮到薯仔及芝士波上~ 一定要趁熱吃, 溶芝士可以拉得很長很長, 超喜歡這感覺>W< 而且超級好吃>VV<甜品WaffleOK, 又是很容易飽的食物

朗豪坊這間的甜品不能稱得上很多, 比它有更多甜品的自助餐餐廳多的是。但是, 除了甜品,這兒的食物我都覺得頗美味: )

 細細的一片鵝肝,配上多士XD 油是肯定的吧,但少少的份量不會太滯~ 味道,入口即溶度OK啦~ 可能我吃過另一間更好味道而且又大又厚的鵝肝吧XP 但價錢當然比較貴~
