To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我和朋友跑完步,想吃一頓晚餐慰勞自己,本來想食西餐,但經過這家餐廳,有泰菜當然也是我們所喜愛。空間感都算大,菜單選擇也可以,我們坐下便點了4道菜。第一道,越式手絲雞木瓜沙律,菜和雞絲的份量都多,可惜汁太過酸。第二道,燒茄子,我個人覺得應叫芝士焗雜菇茄子,茄子相信有一條,切開幾條粗茄子,芝士味蓋過燒茄子的味,扣分。多第三道,金不換炒金邊粉,一啲味都無。最後是椰汁焗魚柳飯,算是當晚最好的。這間餐廳最值得讚是員工服務態度,和沒有加一收費。
