To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Weekend 入南丫島, 去左呢間食晏, 唔使等位, 以為執到, 點知平平無奇...一品蒜香雞, 應該唔係新鮮雞, 無咩味, 皮唔脆, 肉唔滑...羊腩煲配料算多, 有馬蹄, 筍, 支竹, 菇, 不過腐乳味唔夠香...點左其他小菜同海鮮都係普普通通, 過得去咁啦...不過, 茶錢, 叧芥同小費, 加加埋埋又好似唔係咁抵啦...
