To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 在這分店吃早餐已有兩年了,一星期總會幫襯兩三次,每次都點同一款,因為我走肉的,選擇很少。係最近幾個月間,食物質素下降了。曾經3次向店員表示,煎蛋上面有鑊撈,第一次那位叫阿春的店員說厨房厨師請假,當日是替工。一星期後再來食,兩隻蛋,吃第一隻索索聲,以為有蛋殼啦,忍住食埋佢。第二隻見到成隻蛋都係黑色一點點,同店員講,她們只是叫我換過一隻。我婉拒了,都唔等住食佢隻蛋,又怕佢加料。今朝,第三次鑊撈煎蛋,真係火都嚟。決定以後唔再嚟。畀左意見你,唔當一回事。咁算囉。再見
