To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好耐冇想寫食評既衝動6:00入到餐廳已有2-3枱客我同先生都係見到openrice多likes先黎入到去就問有冇booking, 我哋都係隨心去食, 剩返一張枱限時1.5hr係門口見佢餐牌個封門柳好正所以入到去睇menu都係叫返呢個。我都明，圖片只供參考，不過我覺得似兩樣野多啲。佢入面餐牌係寫澳洲和牛封柳門配大啡菇…但圖二個個封柳門…….似小食多啲…..薄切…仲要係凍既…..個片大啡菇仲要墊底…. 扁曬….呢個價錢$168加一…… 我真係唔會再黎！另外個黑豚肉煲仔飯係好食既$148有飯焦底，不過始終唔係用砂鍋，冇中式煲仔飯既香仲叫左杯西柚soda $58埋單$411都好明白點解港人都北上消費另外想講少少阿姨既服務態度可以改善下講野態度都幾衰見到有客人推bb車入黎，bb訓左佢地原本安排個張枱可能唔係幾方便放車仔，一口就話「你要收車呀，呢到放唔到」見個客都好無奈諗住自己泊埋少少，之後阿姨就話一係你坐呢張啦……咁即係一開始就可以變通啦，而唔係用呢d咁掘既態度講野。唔明點解咁多like..
